RETURN & REFUND

 

· Return & Exchange must be within 15 days starting from the day you received your order. Pls contact us to get a return authorization (return address)

· Damaged, misrepresented items are subject to return. Returning items in the same condition as it was sent to you. 

· There are no charges for return: the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. 

· Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and issue you the refund.  Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process refund.

 

3 steps to return your eyeglasses

 

1. Contact Recoolglass Customer Service Center within 15 days of receipt of shipment.
2. Securely pack your glasses in its intended box and leave a note including the information of your name, order number, e-mail address that you used to place the order. The glasses have to remain in its original condition as received.
3. In the instance where your package might get lost during international logistics, Recoolglass kindly recommends our customers to choose reliable Express Companies with tracking number for return.


Please Note That

 

. Refund will not be accepted without the needed information from step 1.

. Refund will not be accepted for custom made products.

. Products must be purchased directly from Recoolglass website.

. The product must be returned undamaged and with no scratches, tears, dent or wear in its original packaging.
*The return shipment cost is not borne by us.
